The main reception hall of Siemens

The complete modernisation of the main reception hall of the Headquarters at Siemens in Hungary. The outdated heating system was dismantled and a new, sophisticated radiator and underfloor heating system was implemented in accordance with a much greater comfortable feeling. The system channels the cooling energy from the roof into the hall through FC appliances, air holes and anemostates of first quality mounted in the suspended ceiling.

In addition, two water blocks were established with respect to the busy transit traffic and in accordance with the up-to-date automatic appliances of high quality.

In general, the architectural and building engineering transformation of the main reception hall mirrors faithfully the quality expectations, policy, size and dominance of the company in the market.

Shark Park

The engineering maintenance and operation of the Shark Park under the contract of subcontractor. Our tasks included the maintenance, regulation and supervision of the cooling, heating, ventilation, water and sewage and fire extinguishing systems, registration of the measured values at a daily level, and their forwarding to the customer.

Precision server rooms

Technological cooling system of the 2 separate server rooms was designed and implemented on the two floors of one of the office buildings at the Headquarters of Siemens. The cooling system was adopted in the cascade system which is able to replace the other cooling appliance in case of any failure; thereby further cooling energy can ensure the operation of the server rooms without problems.

Catholic College

Alteration of the oil operation to gas operation in the Catholic College at Esztergom. Installing the complex gas fitting of the college with respect to its nature of historic monument. Alteration of the central boiler from oil operation to gas operation and the gas equipment from PB gas to natural gas in the grand kitchen. Transformations of heating systems in the boiler room.

Fulfilling maintenance tasks of the cooling, heating, water and sewage network and their systems in the 6 office buildings, the store room and the engineering workshop round the clock.
